Broken into three modules with 11 short videos, the whole thing will take less than an hour and a half, and gives you printables to start doing something practical straight away.
The course gives an overview of the science about why building familiarity works and points you in the direction of reputable sources for more information, as well as advice on how to find a suitably qualified food professional if you need more support.
Includes downloads of two fun activity sheets for children to explore an individual food, a repeatable printable for explore foods over the course of a month, and a useful language list to help children to talk about foods without pressure.
